Packing List: Bible Week

To Bring:
*Jeans, T-shirts, knee length shorts or capris, sweatshirts, plenty of socks, sneakers, extra sneakers, shower shoes, *Bible, notebook, pen *Pillow, sleeping bag, and or blankets *Towels, washcloths, soap *One piece, modest swim suits *Water Bottle *Bug spray *Sunscrreen *Ladies: knee length dresses or skirts for service *Gentlemen: Nice pair of jeans, nice shirt for service *Medication, inhalers, epi pens– must be turned in at check-in *Snack Shop Money (to purchase T-shirts, candy, soda, Gatorade, and snacks throughout the week) -must be turned in at check-in. A tab will be made for each camper. |

* Magazines * Knives *Electronic Devices (cell phones, ipods, etc) *Bikinis *Cigarettes/recreational drugs *Low-cut shirts, shorts above the knee PLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. |

*Jeans (be sure they are loose enough that you can extend your leg enough to get up on a horse) Riding pants are permitted. *T-shirts, socks *Boots with a heel or sturdy sneakers *Sunscreen *Bug Spray *Modest, one piece bathing suit *Towels, washcloth, soap *Ladies: knee length dresses or skirts for service *Gentlemen: Nice pair of jeans, nice shirt for service *Water Bottle *Flashlight *Bible, notebook, pen *Shower Shoes *Medication, Inhalers, Epi pens (must be turned in at check in) *Snack shop money (must be turned in at check in) |

Causes for Dismissal From Promised Land Camp:
1. Smoking or use of any drugs
2. Willful disobedience of rules
3. Wandering off without permission
4. Disrespect of authority
Rules
1. Each camper is expected to participate in every activity at Camp; if the camper can NOT participate, he should remain with the group unless told otherwise by a counselor.
2. No smoking, matches, fireworks, knives (unless attending High Adventure Camp - see packing list above for details), cell phones, or electronic devices of any kind allowed on camp grounds.
3. Spirit of respect is expected in all services and Bible classes for God, teachers, and other classmates.
4. Six inch rule applies at all times. NO BODY CONTACT.
5. Be where you are supposed to be at all times and be on time.
6. No one is to leave his or her cabin after the lights are out except with permission from the counselor.
7. No girls allowed around boys sleeping quarters, no boys around girls sleeping quarters
8. No campers in the kitchen except those working there.
9. Remain at tables and ALL activities until dismissed.
11. No one swimming in the pond.
12. No one in swimming area except during designated time for that activity.
13. Put all trash IN TRASH CANS.
